Natalie Staniewicz

Natalie combines her two passions into one - business & moderation. She brings with her many years of experience as a freelance moderator of on- and offline formats at international conferences and workshops. At the same time she adds in-depth knowledge value with her insights in the areas of innovation, startups, leadership and diversity.

This hands-on expertise stems from her 10+ years in industry roles: Nowadays as FinTech Lead & Senior Manager at Accenture in Vienna. Until 2019, she was Head of Digitalisation & Innovation at the international savings- and retail banking association WSBI-ESBG in Brussels covering 110 banks in 80 countries. She is also Ambassador of the FinTech Ladies Vienna – a Network to support Women in Finance & Tech (available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium).
